Adam Neff Obituary

Adam Wade Neff was born September 19, 1967, to Dwight and Karen (Mahon) Neff, in Des Moines, Iowa. Adam passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 31, 2018.

Adam attended Monroe schools and was a 1986 graduate of PCM High School. Adam and Teresa Kendall were married on September 28, 1990. Adam worked as a welder at Vermeer Manufacturing until his illness.  He was diagnosed with chronic Q fever in June 2009.  On May 11, 2014, he underwent a liver transplant at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  Adam had a heart of gold to anyone that truly knew him. He was a friend that was always there for you! Adam enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and was one heck of a cook. He loved spending a whole day smoking meat down at the cabin.

Adam leaves behind his wife, the love of his life, Teresa Kendall Neff. Together they were blessed with three children: Tyler Neff, Chase (Caitlin) Neff, and Paige Neff (Jordan Pleima). Chase and Caitlin recently welcomed baby Greyson to the family. He is also survived by his parents Dwight and Karen Neff, his brother Nathan (Amanda) Neff, and his sister Cindy (Robby) Wilson, his nieces: Julianna, Morgan, Lainy and Lori, and his nephews: Seth, Landen, Gavin and Dylan.

Adam was preceded in death by his nephew Josh Van Heukelom and uncle Gordon Dingeman.

Adam will deeply be missed by all of his friends & family!
