Carlton Dean Smith, age 64, of Weatherford, Texas, died April 23, 2019, in Pella. Carlton was a civil engineer for Stantec working on the Red Rock Dam Hydroelectric Project. Carlton is survived by his wife Donna Smith and their children: Collin and Shelby.
