Cecile LaVerne Tool, daughter of Vern and Netta (Nettie) Bain Wheeler, was born May 5, 1918, near Reasnor, Iowa. She passed away in Ankeny, Iowa, on Saturday, November 28, 2009, at the age of 91.

Those left to cherish her memory are: her daughter, Cherry Donovan of Ankeny, Iowa; her grandchildren: Tanner and Dr. Anne Donovan of San Francisco, California and Taya Tool Donovan of Ankeny, Iowa; and brother-in-law, Gene Dickerson of Newton, Iowa.

Preceding her in death: her parents; her husband C.W. Tool in 2002; three sisters: Beulah (Delis) Walraven, Ruth Lust, Eva (Marion) Clark; and a good friend, Bea Spear.
