On January 22, 2014, Grace L. Overman, age 83 of Pella, unexpectedly left us to go home and be with the Lord.

Grace was born on October 10, 1930, in New Sharon, Iowa, the daughter of Max and Jeanette (Wanders) Huff. She went to the New Sharon Schools. After graduation Grace went to work in Pella and Des Moines where she met Earl "Pat" Overman.

After she and Pat were married they moved to California, where Grace continued to reside after Pat's death. In 2003 she moved back to Pella to be closer to her family.

Grace is survived by her sister Mildred & Wilfred Renaud of Pella, her brother Larry Huff of Montezuma and his fiancé Judi Dolezal of Ely, her brother Dick & Bernardine Huff of Tiffin, and several nieces and nephews.

Grace was preceded in death by her grandparents, her parents, her husband, and one niece.
