Luke Dante & Lydia Marie Hamler, twin children of Eric Hamler and Jenny Vitullo, were born prematurely on Monday, September 5, 2010 at the Pella Regional Health Center.

Surviving Luke & Lydia are their parents, Eric & Jenny of Pella, Iowa; their big sister, Hope Bella; maternal grandmother, Kathy Vitullo of Pella; paternal grandparents, Steve & Cherol Hamler of Knoxville; maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Samuelson of Pella; paternal great-grandmother, LaVonne Hamler of Knoxville; their maternal aunts & uncles; Dante III & Jeanette Vitullo, Jeremy & Jess Samuelson, Michelle & Ron Van Vark, and Gina & Richard Villalobos; their paternal aunts, Valerie Hamler and Jamie Hamler; their maternal cousins, Dante IV, Caleb Vitullo, Lily Villalabos, Sidnie Van Vark, Tori Van Vark, Rylie Van Vark, Faith Vitullo,and Kylie Villalobos; paternal cousins, Haley, Carlee, Kyle, and Liam; maternal great-aunt and uncle, Kris & Ed Van Wyk, and many other loving family members.

Luke & Lydia were preceded in death by their maternal grandfather, Dante Vitullo, Jr.; maternal great-grandparents, Dante & Berniece Vitullo, and Darwin Samuelson; paternal great-grandparents Lanphier and Hamler; and maternal cousin, Dreghan Vitullo.
