Margaret Elaine Cingle was born January 1, 1947, to Evan and Georgette (Lorimer) Davenport, in Creston, Iowa. On November 28, 1968, she was united in marriage to Kenneth Cingle, in Des Moines, Iowa. Elaine was a teacher and librarian at Twin Cedars schools for many years. She died on October 17, 2022, at Crystal Heights Care Center, in Oskaloosa.
