Margaret Jane Gordin was born March 20, 1931, to Lewis and Ruth (Hammersley) Crumes in Ottumwa, Iowa.  She passed away on December 27, 2020, at The Cottages in Pella.

On July 28, 1956, she was united in marriage to Arlin Gordin, in Oskaloosa, Iowa. They had three daughters: Pamela, RoxAnn, and Lori. Margaret was a loving mother and housewife.

Surviving Margaret are her three daughters: Pamela Ganey of Mesa, Arizona; RoxAnn (David) Morrison of Ada, Michigan; and Lori (Mark) Mullen of Pella, Iowa; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers: Jimmy Crumes of Vinton, Iowa; Marvin Crumes of Ottumwa, Iowa; Paul Crumes of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Reggie Crumes of Altoona, Iowa; and her sister Connie Gordin of Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Arlin Gordin, her parents Lewis and Ruth Crumes; her sister Madeline Crumes, her brother Harold Crumes, and her son-in-law Tony Ganey.
