Nellie Marie (Schuring) Klein was born December 12, 1925 to Nick Schuring and Mintie (VanZee) Schuring in Pella, Iowa. She passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Hospice of Pella Comfort House at the age of eighty-nine. She worked for many years at Dutch Mill Motel in Pella and later she was employed by Rolscreen Company. On January 31, 1946, Nellie was united in marriage with Arie Klein in Pella, Iowa. They were blessed with two children: Arvin and Sandra. Nellie is survived by her two children and their spouses, six grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her siblings: Marion and Lila Schuring of Prairie City, Arthur and LuAnn Schuring of Pella, and Wilma and Harold Byers of Monroe. Nellie was preceded in death by her husband, Arie; parents, her sister Nellie Schuring, and brothers, Nickolas Schuring and Junior Schuring. Nellie will be greatly missed by her loving family and her many friends.
