Sara Anne Dunsmore was born at the family home in Pella, Iowa, on February 28, 1933, to Gerard and Nellie (Bennink) Gosselink. She passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at the Pella Vriendschap Village at the age of eighty.

Sara graduated from Pella High School. She received her teaching degree from Central College and University of Iowa. In addition to teaching, she was a bank administrator. She was a member of the Pella United Methodist Church, the UMW, and a library volunteer.

She is survived by her four children: Judi Lynn (Steve) Bartels, Lori Ann (Amy) Dunsmore, Mary Jo (Rick) Robertson, and Jerry LeRoy Dunsmore; five grandchildren: Jonathon Cody Bevans, Kasie Nichole Haskins, Joseph Mitchell Bevans, Benjamin Carter Robertson, Jarod Michael Robertson; and one great-grandchild, Dustin Lee Bevans.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. A coffeetime in her memory will also be held at a later date.

There will be a coffeetime in Sara's memory Sunday, August 11, at 2:30 at United Methodist Church in Pella.
