Andrew Marcellus Cingle was born July 20, 1974, to Kenneth and M. Elaine (Davenport) Cingle in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania. Andrew attended Buena Vista College in Ottumwa, Iowa, majoring in Psychology. He died on October 23, 2023, in Bussey, Iowa.

Andrew is survived by his father Kenneth Cingle and his brother Kazmer Cingle.
