Hayden Bacus

Hayden Mark Bacus was born sleeping at Pella Regional Health Center on Saturday March 18, 2023. Hayden is the son of Trenton & Megan Bacus of Knoxville, Iowa. A beautiful baby boy who touched so many lives in such a brief time.

A message from Trenton and Megan:

I grew sweet baby Hayden in my belly for 38 weeks. Made the decision to go through labor, contractions and all, to give birth to what we were fully prepared to be a beautiful sleeping angel. We were able to hold him in our arms and admire every tiny detail of him. His precious little face, his red tinted “old man” style hair nothing on top but long in the back, his cute little nose, his mama’s long fingers, and his daddy’s big feet, his little lips. . . every little detail that we will remember forever!

“And to think, when his little eyes opened, the first thing he saw was the face of Jesus.” We know he will be well taken care of surrounded by some of the best people we know and will now be our guardian angel watching us from above!

Hayden is survived by his loving parents Trenton & Megan Bacus and three fur siblings Suzy, Ember, & Max; grandparents Mark & Angela Bacus of Bussey, and Michael & Stacy Anderson of Tracy; great grandparents Dave & Jane McCombs of Bussey and Lavonna Anderson of Tracy; aunt and uncles Joe & Amanda Boots of Bussey and Logan Anderson of Tracy; two cousins Kaysen & Kolby Boots; and many other extended family and friends.

Hayden was welcomed into Heaven by his great grandparents Beryle “Buck” & Betty Bacus, Richard Anderson, and Michael & Sharon Hoch; and many other extended family and friends.
